Overview
The Sumatran Tiger is critically endangered. There are only 400 left in the entire world because of habitat loss and humans killing them for their fur to make blankets, pillows, and to make money. It is the most endangered tiger in the world. It is named after the place it lives which is, Sumatra.

People are cutting down the trees which is their habitat. Half of the cub Sumatran tigers only last for 2 years because they are easier to catch. WWF has a website for all animals including the tiger and they are having donations to help save this animal. They are also keeping them in captivity to save the population .
